Dd is for Dinos

 

Dinosaurs were a fun thing to do for the letter Dd!  The kids loved this eatable dough...I had a hard time keeping it out of their mouths long enough so we could actually make our fossils :)!!

 Hahaha...another thing I couldn't keep out of their mouths, our dino "eggs".  These were made of ice so they had to try and get the dino out.  I think we will have to repeat this when the sun comes back out and they can play with them outside.  These were fun! 

This week was a great sensory and motor skills week...they had so much fun!!

 This fun math project was dice counting.  They would roll the dice, count the dots then add that to their dice counter chart! Very fun and great writing practice...

Week 6: Dd is for Dalmatian Dogs...

Here we are making our Dalmatian dos!! I thought they turned out so stinkin' cute!!

I spent a good 20 min untangling these Bend-a-roos from giant balls so we could make bugs for our activity...guess what the kids wanted to make...not bugs :)

Week 6 Updates: Dd is for Come Along Daisy

One of our favorite Songs is 5 little Ducks Went out to play. Since this week we are talking about Daisy, who lost her mom, we thought we'd make our own set of 5 Little Ducks that the kids could take home!

I love this fishing game we created last year because there are so many different things you can do this it.  Today we used it to match up our little and big letters! It's also great because the kids love the fishing game!
