Uu is for Umbrella

What a gorgeous day we had on Thursday! The kids were in heaven playing games outside and blowing bubbles!! So nice when that spring sun comes out!!

 Free time!! Everyone was really into beads this week...? I hope you all enjoyed your beautiful necklaces!!

 Uu is for umbrella!  We stamped and then glued our umbrellas on paper...the pipe cleaners/handles wouldn't stick on so we ended up taping them on...oh well it worked!

Week 24: Uu is For Umbrella

I'm a week behind...I know, I know!!
But what a fun week we had! It was so nice out, that we had a picnic and the kids played mechanic and "pumped" up each others bike tires and gave them gas...it was adorable. 
But we also talked about the letter U and made our little umbrella pictures! The kids needed some outside time and I did too...

Week 23: Uu is for Umbrella

I'm a horrible person...I can't believe I am 4 weeks behind schedule here!! I'm sorry...we really are having preschool I promise.  I had good intentions of getting all caught up before I left out of town for Spring Break and yeah...I didn't :)!! And then at my church I got a new position that's kind of a busy one (still trying to figure out what the heck I'm doing!)...I know, I know! Excuses excuses, there's really no good excuse as to why I am not keeping you updated!!  I'll be better...I promise!!

Uu!! Uu is for Umbrella's in the spring time.  This was a perfect time to break out the spring packets and talk more about our numbers, counting, patterns and sequencing!

someone was a little apprehensive about putting finger painting, but it didn't take him long to see how fun it was!

 Counting game. Miss Kelli gives them a number and they put that many raindrops in the sky!

We got chicks! Lil' Chickadees, got chickadees.  Oh man the kids loved the little baby chicks! They are too cute not to love!!
